Linas Januševičius is Head of Business Development in SEB Lithuania. He joined SEB (then Vilniaus bankas AB) in 1996 as Account Manager in Retail. Since then he worked for SEB in various roles starting from Operations to Merchant Banking. The last two years Linas has spent in Retail division as Head of Products and Business Development. He is responsible for development of all main bank products, clients service concepts and strategies. Linas is one of the key members of SEB Baltic Business Development team that drives the practical implementation of Service Design concept in SEB group. Both working on practical implementation cases as well as spreading the Service Design culture to the rest of the organisation. Linas joined SEB from Vilnius University with a Masters in Economics.
